All of our newly renovated units feature the comforts of central air-conditioning and heat, Cable TV, modern kitchens, full baths, and can accommodate 2 to 6 people.

Colonial Shores Cottages & Marina offers everything for the water enthusiast. Take one of our paddle boats or aqua-cycles out for a relaxing cruise on the bay. Our launching ramp and sheltered marina accommodate most crafts up to 23 feet. Docking and ramp are always free for our registered guests.
